Hi there! My name is Marisa and I’m the artist behind The Bladed Haven, I’m so happy you’re here! I specialize in enhancing natural beauty with the most subtle technique of microblading and microshading. My goal is always to personalize your service in order to create stunning and long lasting results, while keeping hygiene a top priority. I was trained to use a NatuRealistic Microblading technique. It truly provides a hyperrealistic outcome with results that make it difficult to identify real hair from strokes created with our tools and talent! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients and avoid cancellation fees we require that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancelled appointments automatically forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will automatically be charged a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service (in addition to forfeiting your deposit). An additional deposit will be required for a new appointment. AGAIN- deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
RESCHEDULE POLICY: Clients are allowed 1 reschedule opportunity and must reschedule within 3 months from your initial appointment date. Additional rescheduling requests and/or requests received within 72 hrs of your appointment will be charged a reschedule fee of 20% of the total cost of the service. The 20% fee will be added on the day of your service or automatically charged to the card on file.
NO SHOWS: No shows will be charged the full cost of your service. Your deposit will be automatically forfeited and you will no longer be able to schedule with The Bladed Haven.
We totally get that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a friendly reminder; when you cancel, it can affect not only your artists schedule but it also impacts other clients. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about our policies.
